Your wallpaper will not be supplied as one complete mural.
All wallpaper murals are printed and cut into equal size panels. The panel sizes are based on the width of your wall. Every panel has a number indicating the order in which it should be hung.
Each panel overlaps the previous panel by approx. 5mm. This is to ensure that each panel lines up perfectly with the previous one.
Premium Paste The Wall
A smooth, matt non-woven wallpaper that gives great depth of colour and enhances both rich and vibrant tones. A high quality and easy to work with wallpaper. Supplied with wallpaper paste.
Premium Pre-Pasted
A smooth, matt non-woven wallpaper that gives great depth of colour and enhances both rich and vibrant tones. A high quality and easy to work with wallpaper. Supplied with wallpaper paste.
Immersing the wallpaper in water activates the dry pre-pasted glue making it the same consistency as standard wallpaper paste.
Textured Peel & Stick
Polyester wallpaper fabric with a removable glue back that is ideal for bespoke wallpaper. The high opacity coating greatly reduces show-through from coloured backgrounds. It can be removed and repositioned without damaging the wall and leaves no residue. Will not rip or wrinkle and is waterproof

Returns
At Canvas Art Rocks we need you to be confident that the art you buy from us is of the highest quality and that you receive an excellent service at all times. We realise that not every customer will want to keep their purchase, for whatever reason, and that's absolutely fine. If there are ever any problems we will do our utmost at all times to put them right for you.
CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not been printed we may be able to cancel it for your before it ships. We will always try to do our best for you, but at busy times like Christmas we will not be able to cancel any items once they have been put into production. In these cases you will have to return your goods for a refund. If your goods have been personalised please read on for restrictions.
RETURNS
Once you receive your print, if you decide that for whatever reason it is not what you expected or that it just doesn't suit the space you had intended to put it in, then all you need to do is let us know of you wish to return and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your original payment - in full. All we ask is that you send us an email within the 14 day period to let us know that you will be sending the item back. As soon as we receive the item we will credit your payment card (debit or credit card) or Paypal account with the original purchase total.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any items that have been personalised or modified to your specification, including but not limited to wallpaper and wall murals. Images you send to us for printing or painting reproduction and custom colours or styles which beyond the scope of options listed on this website.
FAULTS
If you receive a product from us that is faulty, damaged, or otherwise defective in some way (instances such as this are very rare and are out of our control but the odd problem can sometimes occur) then please get in touch with us as soon as you can (preferably within 14 days of receipt of the item).In any event you will be sent a replacement and we will rectify any problems as soon as we possibly can. Can I apply the wall mural myself?
Our two different types of wall mural are all super easy to fit. Once printed we will ship your wall mural to you. The box also contains be an instruction guide.
What wall mural material choices are available?
We offer 3 different wall mural material choices which are:
- Paste The Wall
- Pre-Pasted
- Textured Peel & Stick
Can I order a sample?
If you would like to touch and feel before ordering we can send you a small sample of each paper free of charge.
We can also print a sample panel of your chosen design for a small charge. This will then be refunded should you go ahead with your order.

Is wallpaper paste included?
Wall paper paste is only needed for our Paste the Wall Wallpaper but is only included for orders over £50
Does the wallpaper mural come in panels?
Yes. All of our wallpaper murals come supplied in panels. Each panel has a number to confirm which order it should be placed onto the wall. An installation guide is included with each mural order.
Can I wipe my wall mural?
All of our wallpaper murals are waterproof. Simply use a damp sponge or cloth to clean.
What if I damage a panel?
If for any reason you damage a panel we will be more than happy to replace it for you.
