Cushion is so small it should be for a child. Advertised as 12 inch square but actually measures 10.5 inches.
Diabolical service. I placed my order at 9.30 pm & emailed at 6.50 the following morning to ask if they could change the delivery address. 3 days later I got a reply “sorry it’s already been despatched” Nobody monitors their emails so they sit for days without a response. However you do get an automated reply saying thank you for your enquiry we will respond as soon as possible.
